In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 14 days for a 100% refund (excluding shipping charges - both ways).

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in an unused condition as and how we shipped them. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned (not shipping charges). reserves the right to assess a restocking charge on all closeout / sales items and items listed with an * (asterisk), i.e. items not normally stocked. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable. 

Please Note: Returned Wholesale orders may attract a 15% restocking fee.



If you are not 100% satisfied with your premium recycled golf ball order, please follow return procedure and after receiving your return code, return them for a prompt exchange or refund, whichever you choose.

Please Log a support ticket relating to your order in "Accounts" -> "Submit a Support Ticket" menu option. On the left hand side of the screen you will see "Support Tickets Menu and click on "Submit new Ticket". Please click on the related order with which you are having the problem and please accurately describe your problem. You will return authorization number from us via the ticketing system for returning the product. Please do not send the product back if you do not receive this return authorization number. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in an unused condition from when you received it.Before returning any merchandise, a return authorization number must be obtained from customer service via the ticketing system. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of shipment date and defective items must be clearly marked as to nature of defect.  Defective merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only, and we reserve the right to determine whether or not merchandise is to be repaired or replaced.  Merchandise will not be replaced if customer abuse is evident. The Customer is responsible for ALL freight charges on all returned items. 

Shipping Discrepancies

If shipment is received short or damaged from the carrier, we must file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, or credit cannot be given. must be notified within 5 business days. You must keep all original packaging for claims to be approved.
